If the customer service is anything like the app then the Meety app is perfect! I was a little confused during setup so I reached out to customer service and they got back to me within seconds. They were super fast and very helpful. Helped me to get up and running within minutes. Meety is off to a great start, especially with all the great features.

I have to say, I've been really impressed by this app .. great functionality and features. I've been testing and setting up this app for our bike rental service and its working great. The support is phenomenal. Any questions, issues or small changes needed, resolved very quickly. The support team are great. Thanks so much guys. Really appreciate all your work!

This app has been a game changer for scheduling classes as part of an annual festival. I was having glitches with some of my entries and reached out to the help desk. I received a response within an hour and the issue resolved within the next hour. The next day I was double checking and noticed some other things shifted. I reached back out and not only did they show me how to change things they also updated all the appointment times due to the changes on the back end so I didn't have to do double the work. I'm converting my other store over to this system ASAP! LOVE IT!

Very promising app. It has almost everything that you need for a store where you offer booking services. They are working on the missing features like canceling or rescheduling bookings from the customer's perspective, but it needs to be integrated with the sign-in and login feature. The support is exceptional, very fast reply and very friendly and available.

Un chat intégré à l'appli facilite grandement la communication et il y a toujours quelqu'un pour vous répondre si ce n'est le jour même dès le lendemain ;)

Absolutely brilliant, this is the first time I've built a website so all of this is new to me. I decided to install Meety as the reviews were so good and it looked quite simple. I had a couple of questions and Belle came back to me straight away and made everything very straightforward. Have already recommended to friends. Great customer service!

I have been using and testing this app for a few weeks. I was searching for an app that would allow customers to pick projects, and pick times to come into my studio and do them. There were many apps that claimed to do that, but nothing comes close to this app. Some features that I needed were still being developed, but that was NOT an issue. Didn't matter the time or day, I hit the chat button and within a minute, help was on the way, and they developed things on the spot for me. Hands down the absolute BEST customer service of any apps that I have used. The functionality of this app is amazing, and I am super excited to see what new developments they come out with, as it progresses. If you're looking for a booking app, do yourself a favor, and integrate this into your store! Super glad I found them, and recommend them to anyone!

Wow, the team's support blew me away! I've used other booking apps before, but this one is on a different level. They're there for you every step of the way, helping with everything from setup to troubleshooting. It's made my life so much easier and I can't recommend them enough!

Recently added this app to my Shopify store for booking lessons. So far it seems to be working wonderfully. The online help has been incredible, answered all my questions, and helped to solve set-up problems that I was having. My customers can now book their lessons & pay directly online with Shopify checkout. There are other features available that I have not yet used, such as integrating with Zoom. Overall I would definitely recommend this app for appointment booking.

I have been using the app for my store for a week or so. It was easier to setup than others, the support is excellent and prompt via the chat function and the setup is very intuitive. This has helped streamline the capability of offering appointment booking from the website. Keep up the great work and I hope to see more similar useful apps from the team soon!
