Meety: Appointment Booking App

I needed help setting up my meety widget and the only help has been beyond exceptional, understood & solved my problem within minutes. Enabling features which help our case scenario, now customers can book their services in time slots, streamlining the process.

Crazy good customer service. Like real human help asking you if you need it without having to search it out. So good. The service works well too.

I've just started using this app to schedule appointments through my website and I'm extreamly happy with it. I tried out a few apps for this purpose and Meety was hands down the best available. Once you get the app and running you get to meet their team and they are equally as amazing. Very helpful and quite kind. They will truly check on you through the entire process. One of the best apps I'm using in my store.

Very easy to use and integrate with my product & services store. Seamless integration allows my customers to book a time slot for my services and simultaneously order products to be shipped at the same time. Very happy with the service, and the live chat function is great for personal support - I spoke with Belle, who was particularly helpful and answered my questions in simple detail that allowed me to go live with my service within 10 minutes of installing the app!

We like how easy it has been to implement the app and we find there is enough flexibility in being able to customise it. I particularly like how I can add custom fields before the checkout page. While testing the app for our product, we notice there are still a few minor interface bugs since the app is in it's beta stage, but the team has been very friendly and prompt in assisting me with all my concerns and open to feedback, so I have no doubt that their product will improve over time. I would recommend it just because the support has been excellent!

Belle! She is truly a blessing in all she does to help me EVERYTIME I have a problem and today, not only did she figure out what I did wrong she fixed it all (which was a bunch of stuff) GIVE HER A RAISE she earned it helping me!

Happy with the app! Though many features I require, for example, having specific time slots for my bookings and not for every week booking, the customer service is very helpful. Recommended!

The development team has been wildly responsive to questions and feature asks, as well as reasonable about what they can and can't implement quickly to help me get going. I have been researching multiple apps to handle my bookings. This app is still in development but their development team is quickly unlocking more and more features. Their customer service is on point. I've had challenges with my setup and within minutes the issue has gotten resolved due to their customer support. I’ve used so many scheduling apps but this app HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE TO ME! I’ll start with phenomenal support: Grace, Belle, & Macie have been incredibly helpful every step of the way, are literally always there, and respond crazy quick even at odd hours when not expected. The widget is super intuitive and client friendly, making checkout a breeze. It makes my website look good and helps me organize my calendar with google integration. It even has auto google meeting link for when I start online seminars. It helps me look professional with custom automated emails. This app has everything I needed for my business AND MORE! Highly recommend!
