I tested and played with many other apps before Meety. Meety stood out, even though it is new, thanks to its exceptional support. It is encouraging to see the app's features growing rapidly, and any issues found were addressed within a day. Grace, in particular, is a superstar and goes above and beyond in assisting with setup, testing, and troubleshooting. Her quick understanding and dedication to resolving issues make her an invaluable asset to customers like us.

Having just installed this app I have had the best level of support from Grace. Hands down the best support I have experienced on the Shopify platform. The app is straightforward to use and if you get stuck at any point you have a very reassuring support team available all the time.

I am very happy that the application is exactly the system I want in terms of operation. It works very simple and very functional. On top of that, the technical support for the app is incredibly good. They are very fast and provide a solution-oriented approach. I am absolutely very satisfied with the application now.

I haven't tested this app on an actual order yet, but so far I'm very impressed! It gives you a lot of flexibility in setting up appointments. I offer astrology and Tarot readings, and I've been looking for a while for an intuitive scheduling app that integrates with the Shopify checkout, has text fields so that customers can provide their question, and integrates with Zoom and calendar (Meety integrates with Google and Outlook calendars, but no apple integration just yet). The best part so far has been support from Grace! She responded within minutes, and patiently walked me through some of the more advanced features. The development team helped me work through Zoom integration, as I haven't set it up quite right in the beginning :-) Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend. Daria

I just started to use the app, but it is easy to use and has all the simple functions that we need. I contacted support to solve some of my questions, and they were quick and really efficient. Grace helped me customize everything for my store and explained in detail all my doubts. I will definitely recommend that app.

THE BEST SCHEDULING APP! GRACE IS AMAZING! This is by far the best scheduling app for a shopify store. Has all the features needed (time, gaps, additional fields etc) that are required to be successful in a booking style business.
