Meety: Appointment Booking App

I have been using and testing this app for a few weeks. I was searching for an app that would allow customers to pick projects, and pick times to come into my studio and do them. There were many apps that claimed to do that, but nothing comes close to this app. Some features that I needed were still being developed, but that was NOT an issue. Didn't matter the time or day, I hit the chat button and within a minute, help was on the way, and they developed things on the spot for me. Hands down the absolute BEST customer service of any apps that I have used. The functionality of this app is amazing, and I am super excited to see what new developments they come out with, as it progresses. If you're looking for a booking app, do yourself a favor, and integrate this into your store! Super glad I found them, and recommend them to anyone!

Initially, there was a misunderstanding that led to a bad rating on my part. However, the support team was able to resolve this misunderstanding. Since I have had some contact with support staff and the founder, I have to say that I am very satisfied with the app and especially the support. Very fast, friendly and patient. Wow, the team's support blew me away! I've used other booking apps before, but this one is on a different level. They're there for you every step of the way, helping with everything from setup to troubleshooting. It's made my life so much easier and I can't recommend them enough!

Recently added this app to my Shopify store for booking lessons. So far it seems to be working wonderfully. The online help has been incredible, answered all my questions, and helped to solve set-up problems that I was having. My customers can now book their lessons & pay directly online with Shopify checkout. There are other features available that I have not yet used, such as integrating with Zoom. Overall I would definitely recommend this app for appointment booking.

I have been using the app for my store for a week or so. It was easier to setup than others, the support is excellent and prompt via the chat function and the setup is very intuitive. This has helped streamline the capability of offering appointment booking from the website. Keep up the great work and I hope to see more similar useful apps from the team soon!

Very satisfied with the app! Though many features I require, for example, having specific time slots for my bookings, are still not yet fully developed, with the help of responsive customer service, we were able to achieve them. Great app!

I'm still testing the application and organizing the booking services but I have to say that I am delighted to write this review because since I installed Meety on my website everything has been very intuitive. The features provided by the application are exactly what I need for my business, intuitive and with a friendly design. A reservation system that is well organized and intuitive to use from the administration, which is very important when using external applications. The help that Belle has given me has been very professional, always willing to answer my questions, to help me and also improving the features of the application for my business. It has been a 10 out of 10 deal. ¡Congratulations on the application!

So far so good! Belle has been super responsive and if i've had any issues she's walked through them with me, staying with me until it's resolved or improvement suggestions captured and sent to the developers. It actually does what it says in terms of automated email reminders, bookings, cancellations etc... and for me a key point is that it changes timezones depending on where the customer is which is critical to my business! I'm loving it so far and have high hopes for adding in packages and booking multiple slots and so on as soon as i figure that out shopify side :D

Good day all. I am still testing the app, so I will not be commenting on that just yet. I will, however, comment on how amazing their customer support is. Shockingly timely, friendly, helpful....that alone has me looking forward to adding the app to our store and moving forward with it.

I am very happy that the application is exactly the system I want in terms of operation. It works very simple and very functional. On top of that, the technical support for the app is incredibly good. They are very fast and provide a solution-oriented approach. I am absolutely very satisfied with the application now.

I haven't tested this app on an actual order yet, but so far I'm very impressed! It gives you a lot of flexibility in setting up appointments. I offer astrology and Tarot readings, and I've been looking for a while for an intuitive scheduling app that integrates with the Shopify checkout, has text fields so that customers can provide their question, and integrates with Zoom and calendar (Meety integrates with Google and Outlook calendars, but no apple integration just yet). The best part so far has been support from Grace! She responded within minutes, and patiently walked me through some of the more advanced features. The development team helped me work through Zoom integration, as I haven't set it up quite right in the beginning :-) Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend. Daria
