I have been researching which Appointment app to use for our new service offering and choose Meety after 3 weeks of deliberating. We are so busy during the week, it is challenging to carve out time to dedicate to installing, learning and getting the app up and running. I found some time on the weekend and tried the chat feature with low expectations. To my surprise Macie reached out. What a blessing she was, helping me with patience, kindness, expertise and resolution. She popped into my Shopify store and fixed things seamlessly, getting me going quickly. I made the right choice if based on nothing other than Macie's service and commitment to me as a new customer. I look forward to a long working relationship with Meety.

Installed the app 3 weeks ago and we just received our first booking today. The app seems to have worked quite well. Time will tell once we start to get a flow on of bookings. Great value for a free app. Support staff were excellent too Thank you Macie & Hana.

Really happy with Meety, I use it as a booking system as dog trainer/walker. So far me and my clients have been really happy, the support is also quick to reply and they take on recommendations to improve the app :)

Outstanding App & Exceptional Support – Thank you Peony & Brad! This app works beautifully — clean interface, intuitive features, and seamless integration with my Shopify store. Très bonne application! Aucune difficulté pour l'utilisation au quotidien et son installation. De plus, Macie est une perle! Elle vous aide si vous rencontrez des difficultés. Elle est très professionnelle et réactive à vos demandes. Nous avons cette application depuis mai 2024 et avons rencontré aucun problème. Nous recommandons à 100%

J'ai eu l'aide de Macie aujourd'hui et elle a été efficace et très à l'écoute. J'avais du mal à tout configurer correctement car le fonctionnement de l'app pas le plus "instinctif" mais maintenant j'ai tout compris et c'est parfait ! Great App that allows detailed adjustments for full customization. Also, great customer support team. Macie helped us out very fast and resolved the Customer Portal issue right away along with her development team.

Great app that has all the features we were looking for! It has been difficult to find an app that has certain functionalities and so far it seems this app is going to be the best fit! The customer service agents I spoke with were very helpful in answering my questions as I tested app features and got everything set up, and they were very quick to respond as well.

After speaking with representative Hana, I feel much better about the app and was able to change all settings I needed to (and more I didn't even realize I COULD change). Hana was very sweet and extremely helpful! I look forward to seeing how the app continues to work with these changes. :)

He probado todas las aplicaciones de reserva de citas de shopify, desde las gratuitas hasta las de pago. Meety es mi favorita por su calidad/precio en cuanto a funcionalidades. El soporte técnico es realmente eficiente, están disponibles con rapidez y se resuelven los problemas o dudas de manera muy ágil. Aún estoy configurando la app, pero tiene muy buena pinta.

I am really enjoying my experience with Meety. The app is cool because it makes it very easy for customers to book appointments. But more than that is the stellar customer service I've received. All of the Meety agents are super responsive, super helpful, and just a joy and delight to work with. Have just started using the free version of the Meety app, it has been really intuitive to set up but needed some assistance to set only one specific event date, Macie was very helpful in making sure this was set up for me and then went on to offer other changes to the widget to make it more brand aligned for free.
