So glad I found Meety, since it provided all the options we needed for our new tour booking service. And when I encountered problems during the settings, the Meety support & dev team went right into action and even made adjustments for us so that the app would work with the theme we're using, as well as making custom adjustments! So far setting up this app has been seamless and the one small hiccup I ran into, the live chat attendant was instantly there to help and it took a couple minutes to troubleshoot!

I had tried three different Apps in one day and uninstalled the 1st two due to poor customer service and a possible language translation barrier. The first representative helped a little, but I am glad I stuck with it. After some time, the first representative transitioned from work, and I was blessed to get Grace. I was exhausted from chatting with so many people, not just Meety. I let her know I was tired. I had been working on this for a while and was tired of installing testing, and uninstalling apps. She assured me that she would do whatever she could to help me, and she did. She set up the app in a way that would meet my unique booking needs. She was accommodating and patient and asked thorough questions to ensure she was setting it up how I needed it for my business. Grateful for Grace!
