Very quick response and polite people to work with! Whenever I had an issue, we communicated via email, and they responded always within minutes. Whatever technical issue that had occurred within the software was fully resolved within hours. Overall, the customer service is top! I look forward to continued business with them.

I have work with this amazing bunch for a year or so now and they have been super helpful with assisting our store in exporting mass images accordingly to the format we have requested. Would not have completed this project without their contribution! <3 Thanks to Oleksii and team!

This is the second time I have installed this app to download 10,000+ images from my Shopify store to input into my POS system. Both times the support has been quick to fix any issues I had. Would recommend.

bought the subscription. only downloaded some of the images. refund requsted
Dear Abreu Clothing Team, Thanks for your review. Anything that didn't work in the app for you or worked as not expected? If that's the case, please let us know and we'll fix it for you. If it downloaded just some fo the images, maybe the selection you made was an incorrect one, you can always reach out to our 24/7 support team and they will double check it for you. Regarding refund - we're always issuing refunds to the customers that are not 100% happy with the app. In your case there were no charges yet.

This app saved me SO much time in trying to individually download all of my product images from my site one-by-one. I can't believe how easy it was -- and to think I found it through a Shopify support thread looking for a workaround! Thank you to the developers of this, it's a massively helpful tool and works really smoothly.

Great Tool and Speed. We needed additional details in our dowloaded files. The customer support was outstanding and provided what was needed in under 24 hours!

They are great, THeir customer support are quickly. I have told them just want to add a feature that is not exist in app, they had make it in few days.
