We recently launched our loyalty program via memberr and had a very positive experience so far. Throughout the implementation phase, the team was highly supportive. Our individual requirements were understood quickly and implemented efficiently, which made the setup process smooth. The collaboration felt solution-oriented from the very beginning. From a customer perspective, the program appears to be intuitive, as we have received very few support inquiries since going live. Overall, we were happy with the onboarding process. We´re looking forward to continuing our collaboration with the memberr team.
