I've built many websites over the years, but this is the first one with Shopify, and the first one being subscription-based-content (memberships). After a bit of research, decided on Conjured Memberships. This app is fairly easy to use, it's working really well and is very cost effective. I must say though, my favourite part of this app is the tech support. I have been blown away with how responsive they are. You'd hardly know they're in the US and I'm in Australia as the response time is almost immediate. The support team know their app back-the-front and inside-out, have always been friendly and very helpful. Some days I'm emailing every hour and they haven't skipped a beat and are still as friendly and helpful as ever. Very happy with Conjured Memberships and would definitely recommend.

Conjure is a great app. I was digging around Shopify for a membership app to use for our magazine. All the other apps took me out my shopify profile, Conjure work with it and keep all your sales in the one place. Easy to set up and the team at Conjure are always on hand to iron out any problems or help with any questions. A great service with very on hand staff. We are looking forward to going our membership with them.

We've been wanting to offer our community a membership for awhile now. After looking at a few other app options, Conjured Membership made the most sense cost-wise and they have everything you'd need to set up a solid program. Their team has been super helpful and responsive to any questions I have. Even when they don't have a direct solution, they do their best to offer alternatives. I highly recommend their app if you're looking to launch a membership.

Conjure is a great tool for my businesses two tiered membership program that allows custom perks, like free gifts discounts etc. I really love the member only pages. The customer service is unparalleled. Honestly. They took my custom dashboard design and completed it in less than 48 hours to perfection. I'm not one to leave reviews either but I highly recommend!

If this rating had 10 stars, I'd give it. The team offers a generous amount of support and hand holding. Iv'e been using Conjured for club memberships and out of the box its great. Plus, with a few workarounds to personalize to my specific club tiers, it's fantastic. I recommend the app or team 100%. If you are looking for standard memberships, integrated with Shopify and email like Klaviyo, etc. This is your best decision.

Highly recommend! Our membership program is different than a traditional subscription model with members only products. Conjured seems like the best option available with its customization features. It definitely has the flexibility we needed with cadence and structure. The team is really responsive and helpful!

This review has 3 parts: an original review, plus 2 updates. Original review: This app has been easy to set up, and the customer service is exceptional! Makes it all worth it! They helped me step by step and helped configure some things I didn't know how to do. Great app, excellent service! New update (March 2025): The conjured team has been working with me to sort out the issues described below. Very responsive, and very helpful! The gift membership problem is inherent to the Shopify ecosystem, unfortunately. We're trying to find workarounds, and Conjured is definitely trying to solve this problem with Shopify. They've added the feature (in beta) for exporting addresses to help circumvent the Shopify tagging system. And as for the buggy tagging, it seems that my store was an unusual case, and I think we have it sorted out for now. (fingers crossed!) 1st Update (from October 2024): After almost a year with Conjured, I've come across a fatal flaw. In order to ship the products in my membership I need an accurate count of members and to export a list of all the active members and their shipping addresses. Seems simple right? Conjured can export a list of active members and their *email* addresses. But to export *shipping* addresses, you must do it within Shopify, by creating a segment based on the automatic tagging in Conjured. Unfortunately the tagging between Conjured and Shopify is buggy. I've been trying to export an accurate list of members and addresses for the last 3 days, going back and forth with Conjured and Shopify support. I have yet to get the lists to agree, and have lost maybe 6 hours to the project. At this point, it seems the only way I'm going to get an accurate list is to check the members manually, and copy-paste addresses one-by-one for all the members who show up in Conjured but not in Shopify. WTF am I spending money on this app for if it can't accurately track members? I signed up for Conjured because I used to track my membership manually in Excel and was hoping to streamline things. LOLZ. Joke's on me. One more major flaw I've discovered: It's impossible for someone to buy a gift membership through Conjured. The membership is always connected to the person who purchased it, and their shipping address, and there is no way to update or edit an address within Conjured. Conjured support's solution for gifts? Cancel the membership and have the gift recipient just sign up themselves . . . Which kind of defeats the purpose of a gift. In fairness, Conjured support has been helpful and responsive, but the software just can't reliably do the basic thing I installed it for.
