This review has 3 parts: an original review, plus 2 updates. Original review: This app has been easy to set up, and the customer service is exceptional! Makes it all worth it! They helped me step by step and helped configure some things I didn't know how to do. Great app, excellent service! New update (March 2025): The conjured team has been working with me to sort out the issues described below. Very responsive, and very helpful! The gift membership problem is inherent to the Shopify ecosystem, unfortunately. We're trying to find workarounds, and Conjured is definitely trying to solve this problem with Shopify. They've added the feature (in beta) for exporting addresses to help circumvent the Shopify tagging system. And as for the buggy tagging, it seems that my store was an unusual case, and I think we have it sorted out for now. (fingers crossed!) 1st Update (from October 2024): After almost a year with Conjured, I've come across a fatal flaw. In order to ship the products in my membership I need an accurate count of members and to export a list of all the active members and their shipping addresses. Seems simple right? Conjured can export a list of active members and their *email* addresses. But to export *shipping* addresses, you must do it within Shopify, by creating a segment based on the automatic tagging in Conjured. Unfortunately the tagging between Conjured and Shopify is buggy. I've been trying to export an accurate list of members and addresses for the last 3 days, going back and forth with Conjured and Shopify support. I have yet to get the lists to agree, and have lost maybe 6 hours to the project. At this point, it seems the only way I'm going to get an accurate list is to check the members manually, and copy-paste addresses one-by-one for all the members who show up in Conjured but not in Shopify. WTF am I spending money on this app for if it can't accurately track members? I signed up for Conjured because I used to track my membership manually in Excel and was hoping to streamline things. LOLZ. Joke's on me. One more major flaw I've discovered: It's impossible for someone to buy a gift membership through Conjured. The membership is always connected to the person who purchased it, and their shipping address, and there is no way to update or edit an address within Conjured. Conjured support's solution for gifts? Cancel the membership and have the gift recipient just sign up themselves . . . Which kind of defeats the purpose of a gift. In fairness, Conjured support has been helpful and responsive, but the software just can't reliably do the basic thing I installed it for.

Can't possibly express in words the incredible experience we had with the team from Conjured Membership. We needed adjustments made to our structure and to create a fairly complex addition to our product pages and the team from Conjured was nothing less of spectacular. Not only did the help creating the code, but tested it extensively and added the features we were looking for, so that it would work seamlessly with our store. We've been running e-come stores for almost 20 years now and have worked with countless vendors and apps and companies - and never did we experience such incredible service as with Conjured Memberships. If we could have given them 10 stars, we would have. Hands down the best customer service we've ever had and an awesome app that allowed us to improve the way we serve our customers and increase the valuation of our business. Can't say enough about them! If you are looking for a membership app, incredible and responsive customer support, then look no further. This team and this app will be great partners for you, as they've been for us.

After thorough review of all the service providers who offer membership program capabilities, we felt that Conjured Membership offered the best and simplest solution for us to offer a membership program, without a heavy investment and technical expertise. Conjured also had some amazing reviews by existing customers and also offered support for onboarding. We also like Conjured's seamless integration with our store theme, which allows our customers to have a seamless user experience. Most of the other programs we looked at didn't offer the perks capabilities, and for the ones that did, the monthly cost was hefty.

I am using Conjured to create a membership and after lots of research and comparing options, I found Conjured to be the best at offering what I needed. What stands out about Conjured is the customer service and technical support. The support is the best I have experienced, the team bend over backwards to help with set up and response times to questions are amazingly quick and thorough. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to set up a membership programme.

One of the BEST if not THE BEST applications on Shopify. I cannot express the consistent support their team has provided for our company. I want to give a special shout out to Alfred, Daniel, Esteban, and Nhoriza for bringing our vision to life. We had numerous competitors tell us what we just built wasn't possible on shopify and I'm so glad after multiple tries we found Conjured Memberships. Thank you 10000x.

***UPDATE 4/10/24*** I have been in business for the last 7 years and Conjured Memberships continues to amaze me with the quality of work they provide and how quickly their team responds to questions and requests. Nhoriza has done an amazing job in helping me with my most recent request. If you're thinking about trying out a membership for your company Conjured Memberships is an amazing company/app with a great team that cares and does a professional job. Highly recommend. ***UPDATE 9/29/23*** This is my last update. Conjured Memberships is awesome. They have a great team. Carlo and Valentina were a huge help recently. Great support and app. Highly recommend. ***UPDATE 8/16/23*** I've had the pleasure of working with several dev teams over the last 17 years and Conjured is awesome. We had a few urgent matters that needed immediate attention. The problems were my fault and the Conjured team did a great job at fixing everything. They were very professional and diligent throughout the whole process. I enjoy working and collaborating with them. Daniel, Alfred, Nhoriza, and Valentina are the people I had the pleasure of working with and I'm sure there were some other people I wasn't in contact with directly. They have a great team and I hope they stay together. I highly recommend this app. ***FIRST INITIAL REVIEW*** Ok So I've been researching several membership apps and I've downloaded about 5-7 different apps and this is my favorite. I've been using this for a few hours today and I believe this is the most user friendly in my opinion. The support is excellent as well. I'm not crazy about the transaction fees it would be nice if they were a little lower. Other than that I am pleased with this app. I'll update this review later if something changes.

There are multiple membership apps but this one is the best by far! Their customer support is very friendly and responsive, they designed my website subscription dashboard for free. And when I asked about a feature a couple months back, they've added it after a small period of time. Just AMAZING! Updated Review: I had another code modification for the Team and in a matter of hours everything was done perfectly! Honestly now I am sure I made the right choice by going with Conjured Memberships. My website is still not published but I have been testing the app non stop to find errors before launch but everything is running smoothly either for the customer experience or inside Shopify admin. Oh and the entire system is super customizable as well! Thanks again for the amazing Team at Conjured!

The best support I have EVER received from a support team! We have quite a lot of customisation required for our members area and the team at Conjured went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working as we wanted it to. Even though we have an Aus/USA time different issue they were super responsive and had always taken action before responding so as not to keep going back and forth for no reason. We have gated content and use the app as a dedicated members only area for content and community so it's a bit more than what the standard usage would be. They made it all work for us! I definitely recommend using their app for any member areas!

This is a great app, with stellar customer service! The app was more or less a plug and play solution for our store, with a lot of features that have allowed us to set up a fairly complex membership model. Their team went back and forth with me dozens of times to customize the design of our membership dashboard and our My Account page, so that it matches the rest of our site theme, and to troubleshoot minor issues I was having. Thanks very much for all your help Conjured Memberships!

Simply AMAZING! Nick, Char & the whole support team over at Conjured have been one of the most helpful & responsive teams I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. They helped us move over hundreds of our members from BOLD Memberships (Please avoid BOLD at all costs, I think most of my grey hairs came from this app). The Conjured support feels more personal than corporate, I always get quick and concise responses. If you're looking for a membership platform that integrates with Shopify subscriptions seamlessly this is what you want! We struggled for about 3 years on our old platform, always facing issues and never getting support. With Conjured I feel confident in our new program and excited to offer it to our customers! The reviews I read were very positive and mentioned how great the customer service is, so I installed it. I can now say that I know first hand why the reviews are so positive. I am thrilled to find such a great app that provides all that I was looking for and more.
