From a performance standpoint, Referral (RAF) has become one of our strongest channels. It delivers our lowest CAC, drives truly incremental sales, and builds sustainable momentum over time. The sharing experience is frictionless — no links required — which makes it incredibly easy for customers to participate and advocate for the brand. The dashboard and reporting interface are also excellent: clear, visually intuitive, and easy to navigate.
