Die Punchdatei kostet relativ viel, nämlich 40€. Obwohl sie behaupten, dass sie von Hand erstellt und überprüft wird, bieten andere POD-Anbieter ähnliche Dienste bereits für nur 7,50€ an. Der Kundensupport antwortet normalerweise innerhalb eines Tages. Ich habe eine Auszahlung beantragt, aber es gibt hohe Gebühren dafür, was bei anderen POD-Anbietern nicht der Fall ist. Außerdem dauert es bereits eine ganze Woche, und ich bin gespannt, ob sie innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist auszahlen werden. Es wäre schön gewesen, einen österreichischen Anbieter zu finden, bei dem alles reibungslos funktioniert. Ich kann die Produkte selbst nicht bewerten, da ich nach diesem Eindruck beschlossen habe, nicht mehr mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten.
