Product is simple, intuitive interface, and the Shopify integration works flawlessly. Syncing existing Shopify segments and automations is smooth, making it one of the strongest Shopify integrations available. The onboarding team is supportive, quick to act, ensuring campaigns are going live faster. I enjoyed their speed, promptness and delivery promise. Overall, the product and teams are agile, receptive to feedback, fast to implement changes with a fast support system in place. So far enjoyed working with them!

Mercuri has a user-friendly interface, reliable support and seamless integration with Shopify & the WhatsApp Commerce. One can easily sync their Shopify catalog and start selling products on WhatsApp. Many of the main-stream WhatsApp service providers do not provide requisite support, that was one of the main reasons for us to switch to Mercuri. The product is currently new and advanced features are under development, looking forward to upcoming updates.

Mercuri AI Copilot is an absolutely essential app for scaling Shopify store. It has seamlessly automated our customer communication, from abandoned cart reminders to personalized follow-ups, leading to a significant and immediate boost in conversion rates via WhatsApp. A special shout-out to Karthik, the co-founder, who provided personal support during setup.
