We cannot recommend Mercuri SMS Marketing WhatsApp enough. What truly sets this apart is the personal attention from Karthik. He took the time to understand our needs and helped us set up the right solutions with great care. His patience has been exceptional ... spending time with us and personally guiding us through installation and activation over video calls. We run an apparel store on Shopify with a large customer database that we had not been able to use efficiently or responsibly until now. Mercuri has completely changed that for us.The product itself is fantastic... smooth, glitch-free, and thoughtfully built to address our requirements. Moving from our earlier inefficient solutions to this one has been a great decision.Very happy to have discovered Karthik and Mercuri.

Working with the Mercury SMS app on Shopify has been a fantastic experience. The platform has been incredibly helpful for managing and improving my WhatsApp communication. Whenever I’ve had questions, needed help with something that seemed difficult, or wanted to implement a feature that wasn’t straightforward, Karthik has gone above and beyond to assist—often even helping by writing the code needed to make it work. The level of customer support has been outstanding, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It makes a huge difference knowing there’s a team behind the app that is willing to step in and solve problems quickly. Product is simple, intuitive interface, and the Shopify integration works flawlessly. Syncing existing Shopify segments and automations is smooth, making it one of the strongest Shopify integrations available. The onboarding team is supportive, quick to act, ensuring campaigns are going live faster. I enjoyed their speed, promptness and delivery promise. Overall, the product and teams are agile, receptive to feedback, fast to implement changes with a fast support system in place. So far enjoyed working with them!
