One of the things that really appealed to me about M:AI Search's AI search features was the analytics part, where we can easily see top searches, top products, as well as top filters from faceted searches such as brands and collections. We can even see visitors in real-time, which pages they browse, and follow their user patterns, making it much easier for us to understand our customers and optimize how we display our products.
