We’ve been working with M:AI and Johan for quite some time now, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the level of support we’ve received. Every request, no matter how small, has been handled quickly and with great attention to detail. Any adjustments or updates we’ve needed have been implemented smoothly and correctly. M:AI truly operates like an in-house development team, even though they are an external partner, and that’s something we genuinely value.

One of the things that really appealed to me about M:AI Search's AI search features was the analytics part, where we can easily see top searches, top products, as well as top filters from faceted searches such as brands and collections. We can even see visitors in real-time, which pages they browse, and follow their user patterns, making it much easier for us to understand our customers and optimize how we display our products.
