I have had some major issues like the calendar randomly disappearing. However the help is quick and they helped resolve the issue quickly. I was able to fix it myself with their assistance in about 5 minutes.

Très bon support client, Val a été réactif et attentif à nos besoins. Nous avions besoin d’accéder à certaines données clients afin de vérifier si les rendez vous menaient à un achat en boutique, ce qui est important pour mesurer l’efficacité du drive to store. Cette option n’était pas encore disponible mais Val a immédiatement proposé de faire remonter la demande à l’équipe de développement. J’ai apprécié cette écoute ainsi que la volonté d’améliorer l’application en fonction des retours utilisateurs. Une équipe sérieuse et une application qui évolue dans le bon sens.
