SLOT is perfect for our need. We offer a 45' free appointments for communion dresses in our small boutique. The app embeds very well within our store, it's easy to customise and tweak with small CSS knowledge too and the most important part is that support is excellent. They have a AI agent that solves most basic queries but when need to talk to a human there is always one available. They solve 2 enhancements/bugs? we needed within 30'. Really impressed by their service.

I have had some major issues like the calendar randomly disappearing. However the help is quick and they helped resolve the issue quickly. I was able to fix it myself with their assistance in about 5 minutes.
