Could not imagine a better app for adding descriptive fields to a store. Used it without any issues for a couple of months - then when I ran into a couple of minor problems I could not figure out myself..discovered the fantastic customer support (Jason) which was prompt, detailed and dealt clearly and concisely with my issue in simple language I could easily take on board. We have been searching for months on end to find an application to support the organizational needs of our website. Then we came across Metafields Manager, all we can say is this app will be the best choice in the Shopify App Store if you are looking to take your e-commerce site to the next level. Blown away is an understatement, it was able to provide us with exactly what we needed and then some. If your like us, we have tried other apps for different needs and the support was below subpar. The developer, Jason, has to be one of the best in both app development and customer support. We had a few questions about code placement and design, and literally we received a response within hours. He was able to address and fix all of our concerns within no time. If you want a great app with great service, this one is a GAME CHANGER!

We use this app for approximately 80% of our sites content. It rocks. But what is even better is the support. The support we have received is timely, competent and professional. My team has had several issues that were quickly diagnosed (usually not this apps problems but the support nailed the issues). If other companies we deal with had this level of support we would be on cloud 9. Great App, and great to deal with them. (user for about a year now). As a side note they ARE responsive to feature requests unlike many other apps we have dealt with.

Shopify does not provide very many fields for products or collections. Metafield Manager takes care of that problem. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and we use it on all of our stores. We previously used another metafield app. Metafields Manager is MUCH better. We love it. And the support is spectacular!

This app has been very helpful in customizing our product pages for our store. However, the biggest asset has been the customer support. Jason helped me with multiple fixes and responded very quickly to my many questions. Would definitely recommend using this app.

This app helped us with a longstanding problem with displaying our products. Very impressed with support, who immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish. You really should give this app a try. It is very flexible and fairly easy to use also. A winner. Five stars.

The app itself is nice and does what it says it will do. At first you are overwhelmed because there are so many options/outcomes with this app. It has a lot of potential depending on how intense you want to customize your shop. We just wanted to add additional product photos to our product pages that weren’t in the carousel. Ideally, it would be nice to not have to rely on the app to include these images once the meta fields were set up and just use shopify’s product page. Maybe thats something to look into for the future if shopify allows it. There seems to be a lot of restrictions with shopify and this is a work around. We watched the walkthrough video the app provides, which was helpful, and the documentation was pretty clear to help you do the tasks you wanted to do. The interface of the app is nice and clean. No real complaints on our end and Jason responded within 5 minutes when we sent an email asking question about the app. Seems like there is good customer service if we run into any issues.

With this app, I can now allow customers to save custom data to their account. The customer service is excellent - Jason responded very quickly and helped me write some javascript code.

Does what it says, and great customer service! Would recommend for anyone.

Possibly the best app when it comes to deal with metafields within a friendly UI.
