Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the technical support. I was treated like someone who was bothering them rather than a customer needing assistance. Instead of receiving real help, I was told to speak with AI regarding Meteor Mega Menu. I expected professional service, understanding of the issue, and a practical solution. It was a very disappointing experience. It is also difficult to speak of professionalism when their emails end up in the spam folder.
