We got this app for its multi-store dashboard feature and we highly recommend it for anyone who runs multiple Shopify stores under the same brand and needs a consolidated view and reporting. Great team and support as well.

This app has been essential for us to fully understand how our e-commerce site is performing. The level of detail you can look at for customer sales is really useful (sales per product type, where a customer is based, customer life time value etc.) We have several reports that automatically generate each month helping us with sales analysis, bookkeeping, and generating flows in Klaviyo. As a business owner, I use it everyday to keep myself fully informed and I highly recommend it. Plus, the customer service has always been excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the response time is fast.

Metorik has been invaluable in managing our business. Not only for reporting and analytics, but our customer service and marketing teams use it as well. The UX is clean, fast and intuitive.

Metorik has been an absolute game changer for us, we currently run 8 x sites 4 x b2b and 4 x DTC the detail of the data and visibility of the customizable dashboards is incredible. I had been using salesforce for 2 years paying huge $$ for a below average setup, Metorik has allowed us to move away from salesforce. The platform was so easy to set up just a few clicks and we were up and going in minutes, not weeks! my team were across it in one day and using it freely immediately The team at metorik are also amazing to work with - any extra data i need to see they have been very accommodating, i believe in this platform i will be excited to see where the team at Metorik take it!
