I installed this app earlier today to see what I was doing wrong in my shop since I have tons of views but no sales. Within an hour I had my first survey response and another one 30 mins later. This was such a simple app to install and get working. If you want feedback on how to improve your shop I would highly recommend this app.

Tried to install says error missing parameters, app says update so i updated it, then says wont work new store...so thats deleted, please remove the old code asap!
