I definitely recommend this app. We have a very large item file and it effectively handles our side filters on our Shopify Collections pages. There are a lot of features available for filtering and search. The support team is wonderful, especially Julia. We have had some questions and they have been great to answer those.

Great experience implementing this to our store. The customer service individuals were always extremely helpful and replied in a timely manner. Thank you Julia and Barb, you were both awesome and cleared up every question I had! This app gives our store the new look that we want and adds great functionality for our customers. The app already worked well out of the box, with a clean basic design and not too many compatibility problems with my theme, but there were quite some things that needed to be adjusted. Luckily the support is probably the best I've ever encountered after trying many filter apps, and they managed to fulfill every request I had very fast with clear, to the point communication. For example, I wanted the filter button to be sticky on the mobile version of the store, and they made it for my without extra charge. Now the filters display smoothly and clearly on my website, greatly improving user friendliness, while giving me detailed statistics about what my visitors are lookign for. THE APP AND SUPPORT IS AMAZING, TRY IT OUT.

We've tried most Shopify search apps and this is hands down the best app at the best value you will get. We run a store with about 6000 products and this app is much easier to configure, its indexing and search results display insanely fast and the support is amazing. Mezereon have been super patient with our requirements and have been helping us tweak the search results, the different ways of filtering, as well as the recommendation engines. We're constantly finding new ways to use on this app, it's flexible and the possibilities are endless. After years of dealing with complains from customers that they are unable to find product on our website, we finally have a search engine that works properly. Highly recommended.

This is a powerful app and the customer service was great. My previous theme was set up to use tags to filter with an "_" (i.e., size_8x10, size_11x14) and they helped me quickly integrate so I didn't have to revise thousands of items.

This Search & Filter app is very good. Mezereon kindly installed it on our 3rd party theme - we were so impressed with the team, we had some customisations done (which we paid for). The app itself is excellent - we have come across some user issues but the support team have always replied fast to solve our query. For example, we might sometimes forget how to do something and a quick email to Mezereon helps us solve the problem. The speed of the search suggestions and collection/search pages is lightning fast. You can adjust search results based on your preference, boost or demote products and so on. We have only scratched the surface with the curation lists, filters, synonyms and so on. Our team are looking at how we can better utilise the features to improve our user experience & customer expectations. Overall it's miles better than the default search from Shopify and specifically was a right fit compared to all the search engines we tried (we tried mostly ALL of them!).

Great app with an even better team behind it! The devs were extremely responsive and helpful when it came to adapting their app to our website's specific needs. After trying other apps and interacting with their respective dev teams, I can securely say that Mezereon takes the cake.

Like other reviewers, we also tested all of the "Filter and Search" apps on Shopify. A lot of them were reasonable but our team decided the Mezereon solution - out of the box was better suited for us with all the functionality. However, after we installed it, Mezereon went a step further to integrate it into our theme flawlessly. We were so impressed that we commissioned further modifications to the look and feel of search/collection results & they delivered to a high standard. The support is also great - since we are still getting used to Shopify, Mezereon will answer all questions with great detail and explain how everything works - they even demonstrated some examples after we said "how do we do X Y Z". Overall a very good product and excellent customer support. I would highly recommend this solution over others.

We have tested almost every single "Filter & Search" app that we could possibly test and none have been better than Mezeron. It's the first app we've found that not only meets our needs of filtering by location and true real-time sync so products go live when scheduled with zero delay, but exceeds our expectations with fine details we hadn't even thought of and in-depth analytics. The customer service has been absolutely superb. Andrew and his team worked with us to completely customize the app for our third party theme, answered every question, and resolved every ticket we came up with no matter how small the detail was. And all of this was when we were still on the free trial! We've been using Mezeron for a few months now and we've received dozens upon dozens of customer compliments about how great our new filter is. We can't recommend Mezeron enough! It's absolutely worth the price.
