We’ve been using MicroCommerce AI on our Shopify store and it’s been a game changer. It’s incredibly easy to train the chatbot on our products and brand tone, and the responses feel natural and on-brand. The “add to cart” feature built right into the chat is brilliant — customers can ask questions and buy without ever leaving the conversation. It’s taken a huge load off our customer support team, and our shoppers love the quick, helpful answers. Excellent product and support — highly recommended!
