Morton Arts review for Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights

Great app and very helpful at times. Helps me understand how customers interact with the website. I get ideas about potential improvements through observation. Unfortunately, the app is not always 100% accurate, probably due to customer privacy settings. Sometimes you only get a fragment of a visit and others are missing entirely or just a grayed out screen. I do not think that customers interact with the Ai chat bubble feature enough. The Ai chat bubble communication can range from very polished and encouraging to not yielding as relevant of search results as the built in Shopify website search tool. I have not programmed or trained the FAQ yet so this might help with that issue. Currently, I do not like that a second Ai bubble shows up on phone/mobile, it looks cluttered and takes up too much screen space. Regardless, I am grateful for this app and the issues I mention are minor ones which will likely be resolved in time.
