Shams has been absolutely amazing with support – always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The app itself does what it promises and works well for store migrations. The only downside is that it can become quite expensive, and there are some additional costs that aren’t immediately obvious (for example, Smart Updates being billed separately). Aside from that, the functionality is solid and the support team is excellent – just be aware that the total cost may end up higher than initially expected.

In some cases, additional costs can come up when specific custom requests are needed that Shopify doesn’t support through the standard migration process.
