Once we established the different time zones the support from Lamiya was excellent. She was friendly, responsive and very helpful. It would be useful to know the operational hours, especially over a weekend, of the messaging service to avoid disappointment and wasted time.

We considered between multiple options, but this one seemed the most shopisticated and at the same time most easy to use. I definitely recommend, support was helpful and fast to respond and act to help us with our customized import.

Nos contactaron súper rápido y pudimos hacer una migración en tiempo record y sin problemas de todos los datos de nuestra tienda antigua (Prestashop) hacia Shopify. I am a Shopify partner and have used MigrationPro numerous times for my clients, they always provide excellent service and it's still very affordable. I also love that you can update the data so that we can start importing, but then run another data import for missing data in between the start and end of a project.

The migration team went above and beyond to assist us with this migration. There were some bumps due to the amount of data, but they were quick to respond and resolve everything . Would not hesistate to use them again!

We had a really challenging migration as we had left Shopify for Square but then wanted to migrate back to Shopify a year later. We wanted to update our large inventory and also import our sales history so we could use analytics, but didn't want a bunch of duplicated data. Most importantly, we didn't want to have to recreate allllllll of our product images manually! The MigrationPro app was easy to set up for much of the migration, and the team was very helpful for the bit of customization we needed for our unique case. Totally worth the money versus doing it by hand with .CSV!
