we had an amazing experience we had a very big data around 300k orders and more complicated things to be transferred and the team helped us a lot.
App migration process was very smooth and easy. Unfortunately, they imported our orders with additional tax on my products. I reached out to support for help - they responded in a timely manner. However, another issue occurred when their products team sent test emails to affected customer orders saying that their orders had been refunded by accident. Customers complained to us that they had been scammed and were worried about their order.
We struggled for several days to migrate our Ecwid orders without any success. Other apps unfortunately did not provide real support — it was mostly “do this, do that,” but no one actually took responsibility for solving the issue. MigrateGo Store Migration was completely different. They listened to our problem, asked us to simply send a CSV file, and handled everything else. They correctly adjusted everything in Shopify and successfully integrated all of our Ecwid orders without any issues. Professional, efficient, and solution-oriented service from start to finish. Additionally, their pricing plans are much more affordable compared to other alternatives on the market. We highly recommend them!
