I've had limited experience with the app, mostly positive. The support has been very good at helping develop what I needed to work for my company. I haven't fully implemented the delivery service yet, but hope to use them in the future. Drivers were on time and were successful in their deliveries.

The delivery request process is overly complex, and support is slow to respond. The app UI is confusing; consider using AI tools (Claud/Cursor/GPT5) to improve it. Implement AI-powered chat support. The initial user experience is crucial for your business's success. Your support was unavailable for 2 hours, and we ended up using Uber for a $24 delivery from DT LA to Pasadena.

Boho Coats, we take all reviews seriously and want to provide clear context and a path forward. • Support timing, your message arrived outside our customer support hours, which contributed to the delay in response. • Account activity, a delivery service was requested by you and then canceled about one minute later, so no courier was dispatched. • Setup, our dashboard and website include step by step guides, and we offered an onboarding call to walk you through, a time was not booked. • UI, the app follows Shopify requirements and logistics best practices. Feedback about UI confusion is uncommon among our merchants, but we take it seriously and continue to refine the experience. We have emailed you directly to understand what went wrong in more detail and learn from your experience, but have not yet heard back. We would welcome the chance to complete a brief onboarding and a live test so your experience reflects a configured workflow. Absolutely love milkyway and love these guys that created it. They’re super hands on and have been there to guide me through every little detail since the day I signed up. They’re responsible and so are the drivers.

We have recently using Milkyway - Delivery + Returns service and couldn't be happier about it. The chat support is always quick and super responsive, they can arrange a delivery even on the weekend and in the shortest time, even for long distances. We send a lot of packages throughout the week and used to use Uber for that purposes, Milkyway is much more affordable, and the service is great! We don't worry about the recipient not coming to the curb to meet the driver like we used to with Uber deliveries, we don't worry about missing the Uber driver wait time for the pick up like we used to with Uber. With Milkyway, it's a flawless experience every time: nice driver pulls over, goes to get the package from us, delivers to the recipient, pulls over, and makes sure they have it, or follow the instructions (take pictures, leave the package at the specified spot etc). Since we've started using Milkyway, we've suggested a few things/features that we'd like to see/use in the app or on the tracking page, they were all implemented within a few days! It's so fast and easy, so every time we have a need for local delivery, Milkyway is the way to go. Thank you for such a great service! We hope for a long-term relationship and help for the Holiday season insanity we expect to strike in the next few weeks.
