Thank you, Robin that's a generous thing to write, and I'm glad opening day went smoothly. For anyone reading with the same problem: Sweet Palooza needed a reduced food tax rate on weighed candy at the register, and Shopify POS doesn't let an app set a tax rate on a weighed line. We found a way around it, and it's now a setting you can switch on per product or on a product group, so a shop with ninety reduced-rate items sets it once. If something about your shop doesn't fit how the app works, tell me. That's usually where the next feature comes from.
