MiMi Stocktake Inventory Count

This app has been great and the customer service level is AMAZING! There has been a few minor features that didn't exist at first but just a simple chat to them provided either an alternative solution or they added the feature. Highly recommend!

MiMi has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify setup. We needed a cleaner way to handle inventory counts—especially for products like our fudge, where inventory can change constantly throughout the day—and MiMi has made that process incredibly straightforward. Being able to perform stock takes directly from Shopify POS is a huge advantage for us. Our staff can count inventory where they're actually working, and once the count is completed, the updated quantities flow back into Shopify. For our setup, those inventory numbers also control product availability and collections on our website, so MiMi has become an important part of the whole workflow. The app is thoughtfully designed, easy to understand, and has plenty of controls for deciding what staff can do from the POS. Just as impressive has been the support. Malik has been extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure MiMi works for the way our business operates. That kind of personal support is increasingly rare. We're very grateful to Malik for giving Sweet Palooza access to MiMi, but even setting that generosity aside, this is an app we're happy to recommend. It let us do our inventory as Stocky is no longer available. It did crash a few times, there needs to be filters and sort by, and it needed a couple more options for reporting to export. Other than that, it saved us and let us complete our inventory. Thank you!

I’m genuinely so impressed with this app and, especially, the developer behind it. I first tried MiMi and actually uninstalled it within about a minute, leaving feedback explaining why it didn’t quite fit what we needed. Rather than that being the end of it, the developer emailed me directly, asked what I was trying to achieve, and basically said: tell me what’s missing and I’ll make it better. And he did. He listened properly to how our organisation actually needs to manage stock, understood that the workflow had to be simple for the people using it, and has now built new functionality into the app specifically around those needs. What has impressed me most is how responsive he has been and how genuinely interested he is in improving the app based on real-world use. He hasn’t just tried to fit us into the existing product — he has actually adapted the product to solve the problem. I’ve gone from uninstalling the app almost immediately to now having something that genuinely works for our organisation. That level of support and willingness to develop around users is incredibly rare. Very impressed.
