Mimoran Purchase Orders

I am loving this app and the responsiveness of the developer/owner. Each time I have asked for assistance or a new feature, Michael has been amazing to work with. The features this app provides and it's integration into Shopify is just what I needed. To be able to import items into a PO as well as have all the fields available for tracking are so useful. Thx, Mimoran ... you made my transition from Lightspeed to Shopfy so much easier!

Michael and team are very responsive to any issues or suggestions we have to develop the app to meet our requirements more fully. A solid option for anyone looking for a Stocky replacement at a lower end cost but with strong functionality

We didn't need most of the features associated with most purchase order apps. So we were very happy to finally find Mimoran. One of the simplest but still very useful. The fee structure is very reasonable. The customer service on this app is great. I am always answered within 24 hours of sending a request.

This app is highly recommended. The features run smoothly and the support team responded quickly to many change requests. Thank you very much! I don't use a merchandise management programme, but I have 5,000 items in my shop and had previously recorded goods receipts via Shopify orders. However, I found that some functions were missing: the ability to import CSV or XLS files, transfer purchase prices to the product upon goods receipt, and we had to enter the manufacturer numbers in meta fields, but this data could not be retrieved in Shopify. I now have all the functions I need – and some of them were even added by the support team. Thank you very much! Everything works perfectly.

We were trying to use Mimoran Purchase Order to ease/speed up loading inventory into a Shopify PO as we are opening a retail store with over 1000 skus. As we have a custom app that handles inventory updates for our ECOM store, we had to duplicate products with a "RTL - " prefix on the Product Name for items that will be carried in the retail store so we could separate that inventory manangement and allow Shopify to manage the inventory for the retail products. In testing their import function for loading products into the PO, it was picking up the ECOM item (without the "RTL - " prefix) and adding that. I asked if they could add a "Product_Name" field to the PO import template so it would grab the correct product and they did so and did it within ONE DAY!! This is exemplary customer service. They really helped us out of a bind with this and changed the product so we could use it. Would highly recommend.

Super app for auto PO creations, stock management and low stock reminders. The team has been so helpful with custom tweaks and changes to the code to make it fit our needs. I will stick with them with all of our shops in the future. Highly Recommend. Look no further, both in terms of price, service and easy of use. All the best :)

This is an app that offers a very simple functionality, yet something that is sorely lacking in Shopify. Using this app, I can make a monthly dump of all of the products that have been added to my inventory. This is super crucial for my inventory management. The developer has been super responsive to my feedback and feature suggestions. They are an amazing team to work with. I highly recommend this app.

Great product. Superb customer service. Much easier to use than the built in purchase order system in shopify.

While the app is a work in progress for features, the support is amazing so far and any request or issue has been acknowledged, fixed or improved right away. If you're looking for a simple to use but effective PO app this is a good option.

The developer reaches out for ideas on areas of improvement. The app mostly does what is needed for a purchase order system. A few minor changes they are working on will make this a very good app.
