I couldn't get it to work with Monster Cart on my own but Adi was able to make an update that worked.

I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I was having issues with my cart system and instead of giving me a 10 page report on how to fix the issue Aditi just asked for permissions to my page (Which they helped me find as well) and fixed it for me within about 15 minutes. If it took them 15 minutes I cannot imagine how long it would had taken someone with no idea what they're doing to fix it. Long story short, it is fixed.

Superb application, top class and the support is exceptional. We are a UK business and I highly recommend Min Cart. The guys are responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The application has had a huge impact on cutting down on unnecessary purchases and in turn a high volume of returns. We have filtered out the customers who are serial returners which ultimately costs a significant amount of time and money. Special shout out to Adi and thanks for all your help.

Aditi, our Support Manager did an incredible job of taking care of us. We had a weird bug that they quickly fixed. They kept us informed while they were trying to resolve the issue too. Thanks!
