Does everything I needed with a paid app I had previously. Developer is easy to work with and answered any questions I had about the app on the technical/compliance side. Quick response and open to suggestions for improving the app as well!

Amazing support and a very simple app that does exactly what I needed. The support team is excellent — they replied to my question almost instantly and helped me with every single detail during the setup. Special thanks to Zel, who assisted me and was extremely helpful and professional. The app itself is very easy to use and straightforward. It’s exactly what I was looking for because I didn’t want complex forms or too many fields. I just needed a simple file upload that wouldn’t complicate the experience for my customers, plus a text field — and this app delivers that perfectly. I really like it and highly recommend it.
