I’ve always liked Minta’s concept and product when it works—but the platform has been plagued by persistent technical issues. A recent app update broke auto-posting and locked me out of my account settings. Reconnecting my social accounts led to an endless loop prompting me to repurchase a plan I had already paid for. Initially, support responses were slow and confusing, and the development team's promised fixes never materialized. To their credit, after I left my original review, Minta’s Customer Care Supervisor reached out directly and is taking earnest steps toward resolution. I appreciate the gesture—it shows they’re making a genuine effort to set things right. However, the fact that it took so long to escalate and address such a fundamental service lapse remains concerning. Minta has potential, but technical reliability and customer support still need serious improvement. If they continue to follow through, I’ll consider updating this further.
