I had recently downloaded Minta app and I believed I chose a monthly plan. Once the free trial had ended, Minta had tried to charge me for the year plan. I got in contact with their support team asking them to remove the recurring charge for the year and that I am only willing to pay for the monthly plan. They had come back to me saying that they still had to charge my card for the yearly fee but were willing to refund $2xx and keep the remaining for the monthly plan. I told Minta in the end that I was going to uninstall their app and to stop trying to charge me. But they said that Shopify are the ones I need to contact to stop the recurring charges and when I spoke to Shopify, they said that the app developer is responsible for it. I'm confused.
