The app has a useful 1000 orders export limit for trying out features, which is appreciated by users. However, there seems to be a delay in customer support response, as one user mentioned waiting for two days without a reply. Despite this, the app was able to address issues promptly for another user, leading to satisfaction and a decision to upgrade to a paid plan.

UPDATE: Following my original review, the issue was quickly and diligently addressed. The result is here and we're now happy about the app and will be upgrading to a paid plan. Two days without an answer from support, I'm forced to give up on this app. What a shame
