The 1000 orders export limit on the app is pretty useful for trying the features. would use it in future as well!

UPDATE: Following my original review, the issue was quickly and diligently addressed. The result is here and we're now happy about the app and will be upgrading to a paid plan. Two days without an answer from support, I'm forced to give up on this app. What a shame
