Been using Mixtables for a few years now and I must say, it's the best one out there for ease of use, functionality and flexibility and the support you get is extremely good and always there to help you. I'd recommend this to anyone looking at manage their products, whether it being adding new or modifying existing. It's been a game changer for us!

No matter how hard I try, I can't pay the subscription; it's the only Shopify app where I can't see the billing or anything.

This is an incredible piece of work and there is nothing else that exists like it. Mixtable has been instrumental in our growth and in our ability to manage our platform. If you are looking at bulk editing or bulk addition of products this isa must.

If I need to quickly refresh inventory details, editing prices ( both B2C and B2B ) or update descriptions for seasonal products, Mixtable makes the process seamless and efficient. Excellent app. It makes PDP creation so much more efficient and their support team is extremely responsive. I highly recommend this app for bulk editing. It has been a lifesaver.

I am delighted with the efficacy of Mixtable, I can see my inventory data in real time and make changes easily. I have complexities within my inventory as we sell in whole boxes and smaller portions, so the inventory goes down at different rates depending on what is purchased. I didn't want to spend hundreds on a complex inventory app and found Mixtable will let me add in unsynced columns to the real time worksheet, so I have made a workaround where I can measure online as "1 portion" and "1 box" but in my worksheet I can measure them as 0.1 and 1, for example, so I know accurately what stock I really have. The fact that this is real time is a godsend. I am also excited to get the analytics data up and running so I can edit my worksheet to also tell me what products I need to order, in real time, without any exporting data into excel templates and messing around with formulas there etc. This could save me hours of time each month. Wahoo!

Without this app, we would have to go in the back end of Shopify, navigate to an item's page, and edit there anytime we add, remove, or change the status. I'm sure it's saved hundreds of hours of work so far. When we had an issue recently, Daniel was quick to reply and to go in and fix it for us. Highly recommend the app, and the excellent customer service.

I had be looking high and low for an app that could bulk edit shopify pages! this is the only one i have found! and the service was amazing! they helped load the html code for the content of my over 11000 pages and I was able to bulk edit them all! This has saved me thousands of dollars and time! couldn't be happier!

We had a very specific need for this app regarding a barcode field needing fulfilling in a product catalogue of 13,000 skus (and growing every month). This seemed to be the only app that could bulk edit items in our Shopify product catalogue to such a specific degree. When we had concerns of how the app was functioning, Daniel from Mixtable support was so helpful and even had a zoom call so that I could better explain our issues. If you can figure out how to make this app work for you and your store, it can really fill the gap that Shopify leaves when managing your products.

Money grab, shitty app.
You used Mixtable to update over 60,000 product metafields. As explained in our email conversation with you Mixtable updates metafields as fast as Shopify will take the updates, but Shopify has a "speed limit" as to how fast it will accept updates from us or any app. You were unhappy with how long things were taking, but it really wasn't our fault. Mixtable was pushing information as fast as possible within the Shopify speed limits. We were very professional in our exchange with you, even though you were quite rude. Also, this is a thoroughly unhelpful review. Done seven months after being a paid client on multiple stores, frequently using Mixtable, and remaining of paying client after this review.

Dreadful. Every time I used this editor a new issue would arise. It forced me to put all my variables next to each other in the spreadsheet for it to add them as variables and not individual products . Then when I came back the next day they were all separated and had new product titles. The customer service were really unhelpful and take far to long to reply. Simply don't use this app .
As per our email conversation with you, the issue is that you were entering your product titles into the product handle column. We then sent your data to Shopify, and Shopify modified the handles to suit its data requirements. Because two products can't have the same handle, and your handle values had spaces, Shopify created individual products for each variant you were entering. We tried to explain this to you, but clearly could not explain it correctly. This behaviour is what you also get with the shopify CSV importer. Mixtable did exactly what you asked it to do. The help content on our website clearly explains the process for adding multiple variance for new existing products during product creation. Still, we are sad that we didn't deliver to your needs. As for support, we replied to your emails with an hour or so of seeing them. The only delay was on a few emails that you sent us at 2am our time - we are based in North America and you are in the UK.

I have tried other bulk-editing apps and this one is by far my favorite. You don't have to upload sheets. Everything from your catalog is right there in front of you for simple modifications and bulk edits. We have found Mixtable indispensable. We use it on two of our websites. Shopify is just not set up for large catalogs, but this app makes it possible. And if you have metafields, lots of them, you truly can't live without Mixtable. Thank you for a great app. Oh, and fantastic customer support!!

The functionality of the application seems to be compromised as it fails to load consistently across different browsers and IP connections. This unfortunate situation prevents us from clearly judging its performance or overall quality. We are currently unable to adequately evaluate the application's effectiveness or its potential benefits due to these persistent loading issues.
Hi there. As explained in our email conversation thread you encountered a weird bug with the IMAGE formula that visually displays images within the spreadsheet. We addressed this bug promptly, released a fix, and your workbook opened fine. We sent a few follow-up emails about this, but received no reply from you.

Unfortunately this did not help with updating pricing, metadata or descriptions. Some pricing was updated and after multiple tries I gave up. Nice idea but poor execution.
Hello there. Very sorry that you didn't get things to work, but we find your review a bit suspect. You uninstalled our app over a month ago and you never contacted our support for help with things apparently not working. Even though you were aware of our support option given your last email telling us that you'd like to cancel. We have a lot of users who use us on a daily basis to update metafields and prices (these are very frequent uses cases), and it's been a very long time since there have been any issues/bugs on this front.

The absolute BEST money we spent on store setup. If you have bulk editing to do, get this app immediately. The app really shines in its ability to edit almost anything about your product. Bulk editing of simple things such as categories is great, sure. But the spreadsheet functionality is just insanely helpful. Add columns just to store data, run formulas, combine columns . . . it's unbellievable. And then sync it up and seconds later your whole store is up to date. And even more (yes, there's more), you can edit other content that is impossible to do elsewhere, such as metafields! This alone is just a slam dunk. It's impossible to overstate how amazing this app is if you have lots of editing to do.

We currently pay for the Plus Plan. This app simplifies many things and allows you to update Metafields in bulk, which I'm surprised is not part of Shopify's normal routine. I hope to see a few little things added, such as CTRL & Up/Down arrow working the same as a regular spreadsheet. I have recently had issues with speed. When I reached out, they said they have been a victim of their own success and were in the process of upgrading their servers to support their increased amount of business. I can confirm that speeds are back to how they used to be, which is good. App has a lot of potentials as they grow and tweak things. As an update, more recently, there have been quite a few errors. Now it just simply doesn't add the correct information. It only pushes part of the provided info and the rest doesn't work. This is forcing me to start searching for an alternative solution. (Update - This issue has also been corrected). I would suggest that they should test updates before pushing to a live status in the future.

Fantastic app! Mixtable has saved us A LOT of time updating every aspect of our products using metafields in Shopify. Could not recommend this app enough. The team are super friendly as well, responding within a day always, and open to implementing new features as per your requirements.
