CustomLink review for Moast Shoppable Video & UGC

Very poor support experience. I contacted support about two simple issues: a gap appearing above the widget and the section above it, and not being able to change the arrow colours. Support asked for the website URL so they could check the issue. I provided the URL, but more than 12 hours later there has still been no response. These are basic issues, so the lack of timely support makes me concerned about what would happen if I had a major problem with the app.
