One of the most disappointing founder teams we’ve encountered so far. Whenever our team reaches out for support, we are given a wait time of 7 days, which is unacceptable for any active business. When we requested migration from CleverTap to Netcore, they asked us to pay extra, despite us already using their app for over a year with a monthly billing of ₹80,000–₹90,000. It’s never easy to write a negative review for a business, but there is a serious need for a mindset and attitude correction within this company. Founders should never forget the value of their initial clients—the ones who supported them when their company was still small. This is the first negative review we have ever written on the Shopify App Store for any app. We sincerely hope it encourages the team to take immediate corrective actions and improve their customer support experience.
