So I pay for this service outside of Shopify and decided to add it to my store. It is horrible as a standalone. It does not load your mockups once you use your credit. It is the only app that causes your browser to crash. It bogs down your system.

Just an app that pulls product data and sends it to their website. Nothing would download. The App itself is pretty terrible, the UI is fantastic but my mockups looked like pixelized messes. I don't even know if the download would look better since the download didn't work (but it was fine using the credits).
I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your affirmation of our APP section. We are currently fixing and optimizing the issue of pixel distortion when uploading images to our app. We will comprehensively optimize and upgrade our functionality, and will update and launch it soon. If you are willing to try our app again in the future, you can see if the optimized results can meet your needs. If possible, we hope you can modify the comments for the new experience.

This is such an impressive app! It makes great quality mockups so easily, I used to spend way to much time babying individual photoshop mockups and I love that these are on a big artboard and I don't have to open files individually like in Photoshop. I'll be excited to (hopefully) see them keep adding new functionality, I'd love to be able to upload and download photos in bulk, organize my uploaded files into folders, and add the same design to a whole bunch of mockups at once in a "linked object" like way. The ultimate dream would be integration with Shopify like Canva connect where you didn't even have to download and upload the mockups but could shoot them into specific listings right from the app interface. These would all be wonderful to have, but the app is simple, intuitive and produces excellent mockups with or without this extra layer of features I'm hoping for down the line. Their customer service is also excellent. Hats off to this team!
