What I like most about Modash is how easy it is to see and manage everything in one place. The platform is intuitive and clear, but what really stands out for me is the support. The Modash team is incredibly responsive and genuinely focused on finding a solution when there’s an issue. I never feel like I’m just being redirected to a generic help center. Extra star for my Account Manager, Maris Niilus. She is incredibly professional, proactive, and somehow seems to read my mind. She understands what I need even when I haven't fully figured it out myself, and is always one step ahead in finding solutions!

Modash's discovery features alone makes it worth it — the search filters are genuinely powerful, and I can find creators who actually fit my brand rather than just scrolling through suggested lists hoping something clicks. The CRM is way more functional than I expected. I can tag and categorize creators, track where everyone is in the pipeline, and not lose people in a messy spreadsheet situation. The email tools have gotten noticeably better over time we've started using it in the past seven months. The product team is moving fast to push out new features. The Shopify integration is great for gifting. Setting up product sends is clean and straightforward — it connects without a lot of friction and makes the whole gifting workflow something I can actually manage without pulling someone else in to help. If you're running an emerging DTC brand and creator partnerships are part of your strategy, Modash is the tool I'd recommend first.

Modash campaign tracking makes it easy to see which influencers are performing best, with results at a glance that speed up post-campaign reporting. It also saves time by pulling in content and metrics in one place instead of tracking everything manually in Google Sheets and checking each influencer account for coverage.

I love the organization of Modash; it has resolved a lot of our issues. We use Modash for our collaborations department, and it provides us with more insight into the projects we take on. The Creator search feature gives us more insight, and having all of the content in one location with the content tracking feature has been really useful. Tracking sales for ROI is a huge game changer for us. The initial setup of Modash was so easy.

While the platform is seamless for discovery and payments, I do wish it had a built-in contract builder to avoid the manual back-and-forth of emailing PDFs outside the app. Overall, it solves the massive administrative burden of managing relationships and tracking deliverables, making it a must-have for our team.
