Koppeling scheelt heel veel tijd! als er per abuis iets niet goed gaat is het heel snel opgelost. Blij met deze app.

Fijn dat alles automatisch wordt doorgezet dat scheelt een hoop werk. Soms zijn dingen onduidelijk als het bijv. gaat om BTW maar dat wordt zeer snel opgepakt door de medewerkers van Webwinkel facturen.
Fijn te horen dat de koppeling veel tijd bespaart !
De interface schrikt in het begin een beetje af, maar werkt goed. Heel veel flexibiliteit en een kundig supportteam met heldere uitleg. Ik snap dus niet waarom mensen 1 ster review achterlaten. Een aanrader voor alle MoneyBird liefhebbers!
Wat fijn te horen dat de koppeling de gewenste functionaliteiten goed invult. En het support team is blij met het mooie compliment!
The app looks a bit outdated but works well. We have been using this app for a few years now, for multiple stores. We have tried others as well, but only this app offers all the functionalities we need. Customer service is a bit tech-minded and short in their reply, but if you explain your problem clearly they will get the job done, which is what counts for me. They reply quickly.
Terrible app! The setup is straight out of the 80's. Full of bugs and glitches, un-helpfull errors. And a arrogant support staff that only knows how to say "This is not our problem, figure it out."
Wij zijn het niet eens met deze 1-star review. Wij vinden het spijtig dat de klant onze antwoorden als 'arrogant' heeft ervaren. We proberen juist duidelijk en behulpzaam te zijn. Het ging hier om de configuratie van de koppeling voor OSS boekingen (=lokale btw tarieven in de EU bij overschrijden grens 10k Euro omzet aan particulieren EU). Dat is inderdaad ingewikkeld ondanks (of doordat?) we twee manieren aanbieden: (i) handmatig met veel flexibiliteit en (ii) automatisch Shopify-btw-instellingen overnemen. Hierbij is de klant helaas vastgelopen, waardoor sommige bestellingen naar het buitenland met lokale btw-tarieven niet goed geboekt konden worden in de boekhouding. De klant zag als ideale oplossing een automatische instelling van de Shopify btwcodes naar de Moneybird btwcodes. Wij hebben dat in het verleden voor veel koppelingen gedaan, maar dat ging in praktijk regelmatig mis (de BTW is vaak onvolledig in de Shopify webwinkel en/of in Moneybird). Vandaar dat we dit niet meer aanbieden en inderdaad vragen om de mapping eenmalig in te stellen. Savlun vindt deze houding arrogant. Wij hebben juist onze best gedaan om de koppelingen voor zoveel mogelijk webwinkeliers geschikt te maken. Misschien kost het dan eenmalig ietsje meer tijd om het in te richten, maar dan werkt het goed en stabiel. Een verschil van mening zet ons allemaal aan het denken, dat is goed, een 1-star review voelt als vergelding.
