Monk is a fantastic addition to our Shopify store! This app makes it much easier to enhance the cart experience by offering free gifts and cross-selling. Its user-friendly features have helped improve our conversion rates, and it's a valuable tool for any e-commerce business. The customer support is extremely responsive and very helpful with custom solutions to fit our store!

I've had excellent experiences with both the app and customer service reps, they respond quickly and fix issues in record time. Both Ravish and Murtuza have been professional, to the point and extremely helpful getting the app setup and fixing any slight bugs (which have been more our errors than anything with the app itself). Highly recommend for the price and what they offer!!
