Un immense merci à Thomas pour son aide rapide et efficace. Il a pris le temps d’analyser le problème en profondeur, a compris immédiatement les contraintes liées à Moon Bundle et au thème Dawn, et a mis en place une solution propre qui fonctionne parfaitement. Support réactif, compétent et vraiment impliqué. C’est exactement le type d’accompagnement qu’on attend quand on gère une boutique en production. Merci encore pour ton dévouement.

If a charge occurs, it means the paid plan was still active in the Shopify billing system. That said, we’ve issued a full refund of $29.98 immediately. MoonBundle offre une multitudes de bundles possible et permet de couvrir de nombreux cas de figure. L'appli est très visuelle et intuitive. Gros plus : l'accompagnement en cas de besoin est précis et très réactif (encore merci à Yacine pour son écoute !)

L’équipe est réactive quand on a des questions ou besoin d’aide, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L’application est simple à prendre en main, facile à utiliser bref au top les bros!!!

A bug was preventing me from publishing my gifts as edited, and upon contract with the support team, I received prompt response and help, they fixed the bug in no time and were extremely responsive and timely. Not common nowadays! well done, team! satisfied user over here.
