En un principio, el servicio funciona correctamente; sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que realizan cargos incorrectos y, cuando se solicita la devolución, no ofrecen soluciones reales. En nuestro caso, se nos cobró un importe superior al plan contratado y, aunque indicaron que lo compensarían en meses posteriores, desde octubre siguen cobrando con normalidad sin haber aplicado ninguna compensación por el importe facturado por error. Además, no muestran un interés real en resolver el problema, limitándose a ofrecer respuestas genéricas del tipo “lo sentimos, no podemos ofrecer otra solución”, sin asumir responsabilidad ni proponer alternativas efectivas. La atención al cliente es lenta, las respuestas tardan mucho en llegar y el seguimiento es prácticamente inexistente. En general, la experiencia está siendo frustrante y poco profesional, especialmente en lo que respecta a la gestión de errores de facturación y al soporte al cliente.

Mike Dawson was incredibly helpful and personable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—even with the challenges of different time zones. His communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. It's rare to find someone so professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Motive just on the basis of customer service. We also love the search bar and the included features, specifically the customizations. Overall a lot cleaner and more shoppable than our previous search. 5/5 stars!

Couldn't ask for an easier app to work with. We had numerous complaints with our old search app and it was not easy to adjust to the quirks of our (sometimes older) customers. Switching to Motive was SO easy. Mike Dawson walked us through in less than 10 minutes and the information that we are getting from the app is actually helping us understand and anticipate the needs of our customers. Did I happen to mention that it is 1/3 the price of our old app? Thanks so much for a great product. Keep up the good work.
