What really made it for me: 1. The settings. Theyre not at all hard to understand; easy to navigate around. Customizability 2. Customer Service. Thank you so much for assisting. I know it took us hours but they have excellent support (I just had some preferences with the customizations). They're patient, kind, and thorough. 3. They've even taken my suggestions into considerations for features. Not sure if it'll be but I'd be glad. 4. The app service is very well satisfactory. It does its job. You get notified, the users get notified. All with ease. There's a live chat on the quotes so users can communicate real time. 5. Email customization! Suggestions: 1. Add fields or quote form customization for a text field, T&C checkbox, datefield, etc... Aside from that, thank you to the technical and CS support team. I genuinely appreciate ur support
