Pretty robust store credit app. We had an issue with the New Customer Accounts and not syncing my customers to the store. It stalled out at 17K. But Suraj in support was very quick to address the issue and correct things. We are still in dev and not live but app should handle store credits well once we are live.

I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to bring more attention to this app. I found it by accident while searching for a better and quick way to do refunds for the customer. Everytime we give a refund, I would have to pay processing fees plus about a week's time for the money to reach my customer’s bank account so that they can use it again and I end up paying twice the processing for no reason! This helped me save time and money. I’m discovering that "MP‑Store Credit" is actually pretty neat. I can now give store credit on the spot and there are no processing fees. Problem finally solved!

Our company started using this app for offering store credit and refund with ease to the customers. We feel that the app is easy to use, great admin panel and super clean integration to use for customers. Customer support is fast and effective with quick turnaround time. We are satisfied with everything you get.

Support is not great. They rarely answer the actual question asked. And for some reason that I can't fathom, it keeps issuing free shipping credits to customers when we DO NOT offer free shipping to anyone. Going to find a new app if support doesn't improve.
