It has helped boost my conversation rates tremendously! I have the “someone just added .... to their cart” and I have noticed my sales are higher since enabling that vs when I had it disabled.

Great App. I never use any Apps as most of the time those 'Free' Apps are a total scam. However, this one works like charm and they fixed a 'bug' super quick where the Notification was overlapping our Chat. PS. Would be an awesome setting in the app to change the Index of the Notification manually. 5 Stars
