I've been pleased with my implementation of MRPEasy since 2021. The system stands out with its comprehensive approach to managing production demands and resources. I've been particularly impressed by the integration of the CRM module and how seamlessly customer orders are synchronized with Shopify. This feature is a game-changer; it allows us to either pick stock from existing lots or create new manufacturing orders for on-demand production with ease. The Shopify integration does a decent job of syncing orders, though it could use some tweaking, particularly with the auto-generated order notes feature which currently lacks customization options. There's a learning curve to navigate, but it's made easier thanks to MRPEasy's online resources and their responsive support team, who've been great with answering all my questions. Despite initial setup challenges, MRPEasy shows real promise for boosting operational efficiency once fully adapted to our specific needs, especially with the CRM integration and order handling.
