The team is supportive and adapts to the requirement pretty quickly. Their custom integration works really well and we've had no problems so far. Implementation was accurate and the communication was easy.
Mulberry is a great service with an exceptional team backing it. As a brand that offers comfort furniture, insurance to protect it against life accidents has been a huge benefit. The whole customer journey from sales exploration through post-sale care has been amazing. Everyone is responsive and kind. Highly recommend.
The Mulberry team has been great. The onboarding process was smooth, and our account manager, Josh, is extremely responsive and helpful.
Can anyone confirm this app is working? Emails to support to assist with installation would be great, for example, once installed, try to connect for setup but get popup that email is not found. Probably a step we are missing, but cannot reach anyone any ticket or phone for assistance. (Giving a 3 star out of hope and the app looks like it is what we need , if they reach back and all goes well, will return for more stars!)
