Great Support from the app developers. I needed to integrate with IndiaPost and within a very short duration they were able to pull it off. The entire journey was seamless, with updates at every stage. I'm now able to successfully print IndiaPost labels. Great work team!

Manohar was extremely helping onboarding me and getting my service up and running. Shopify won't separate packages of the same item, though we need it to! This fixed my problem and we won't lose out on shipping costs, now!

Excellent service, communication and follow-up from the support team. They walked me through every step of the setup, rate testing and next steps. The app itself is fairly straight forward and easy to use, particularly once you see it in action via a demo or onboarding support call. We have nearly 2,000 items with ranging from 4"x4"x4" parcels to 175 pound freight items and everything in between, including mixed carts. The app easily handles this and displays the rates that we want it to display for a wide variety of situations.

Great app with very helpful support. We use PluginHive for our Shopify shipping workflow and it has helped streamline our order fulfilment process, especially with label generation and managing shipping requirements. The support team has been responsive, patient, and willing to listen to our feedback. Manohar and Sagar were especially helpful in understanding our workflow and assisting with setup changes to make the app work better for our store.
