Sibi was exceptional in assisting me with setting up my account. I am impressed with how easy this app is and how much time I am saving with the ability to batch print all my labels.

Customer service is amazing, I had setup issues due to not knowing the step by step process to activate this service. They called me right away and setup a zoom meeting to walk me through everything I needed to understand what I needed to do.

I have been using pluginhive for many years now. It is easy to use and anything tricky comes up - the staff are always very helpful. Sagar has answered all my questions and jumps onto a zoom to guide me though more complicated stuff. great app!
Its great that our app helps your Australian beauty business with domestic and international shipping options by displaying rates for both Au Post (domestic) and DHL Express (international).

Sagar and Touseef has been excellent in their service and guiding me. I was using another App and another shipping company before I engaged Plug-In Hives. They were patient and helpful. Finally, I have installed the App and replaced the Shipping company too. I did a trial run with Sagar and Touseef over two evenings and now I am ready to go. I find their app to be very good too. It is very comprehensive and matched and integrate with the Australian Post system and my Shopify portal seamlessly. I have to say I would strongly recommend PHives to anyone. This is by far the best shipping automation app I have ever used. This app has allowed me to scale my company dramatically and efficiently over the past year since I have been using it. Not to mention their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Touseef has hopped on a zoom call with me several times within 5 minutes of my request to solve the problem. This level of support is VITAL to run an online fulfillment business of any kind. 11/10 !

Superior support from Touseef and the PH team, very impressed. Super knowledgale both about the app itself but also about rules / best practices for info needed on e.g the commercial invoice and other external factors around shipping as well as settings within Shopify. Strongly recommend this app.

Managed to set up UPS connection flawlessly. We received great help from support. Great overall experience, would recommend 100%. Were not able to set up RoyalMail due to technical issues on their end with unavailable API but still received a thorough walkthrough on how to bridge this problem for our future reference. Thank you
