Introduction session was great. Every single time I mail them with questions and problems, I get answers back within a few hours. This is how customer service should be done. I am so extremely pleased with the app and it's support! Has saved me many, many hours when sending tons of packages.

So far, so good! I had a little trouble trying to get it up and running all by myself. I sent a message to support and was able to connect with Sibi, who was extremely helpful with the setup. I have only been using this app for a short time, in preparation for launching our online store, but I feel very positive about the prompt and thorough technical support I have received. I will try to update my review after I've been using the app for a few months.
